疏水性白炭黑的制備及在丁苯橡膠中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以硫酸和水玻璃為原料,采用液相沉淀法制備了白炭黑,然后用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH 570對(duì)白炭黑進(jìn)行濕法改性,再用改性白炭黑增強(qiáng)丁苯橡膠(SBR),研究了改性白炭黑的最佳工藝條件,表征了改性白炭黑的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),并考察了改性白炭黑對(duì)SBR加工性能和拉伸性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在反應(yīng)溫度為85℃、反應(yīng)液pH值為4.5、KH 570質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.0%的條件下,可制得無定型非晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、分散性較好的疏水性白炭黑,其吸油值和親油化度可分別達(dá)到2.25 mL/g、10.12%;KH 570改性白炭黑可改善SBR的加工性能和拉伸性能,KH 570的最佳質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.0%。
[Abstract]:Silica was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method from sulfuric acid and sodium silicate, then modified by wet method with silane coupling agent KH570, and then reinforced with modified silica to enhance SBRG. The optimum technological conditions of modified silica were studied. The microstructure of modified silica was characterized, and the effects of modified silica on the processability and tensile properties of SBR were investigated.
