仿生碳化中天冬氨酸對碳酸鈣晶型和形貌的影響

【摘要】:采用天冬氨酸(Asp)作為晶型誘導劑,采用碳化法合成了球霰石型碳酸鈣。研究了二氧化碳通氣速率、反應溫度、天冬氨酸濃度對碳酸鈣晶型和形貌的影響,通過X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、激光粒度儀分析了產(chǎn)物的晶型特征。結(jié)果表明,二氧化碳通氣速率對碳酸鈣的晶型幾乎沒有影響,僅影響顆粒的形貌,其中球霰石物質(zhì)的量分數(shù)達到95%,團聚顆粒尺寸隨著二氧化碳通氣速率的增加而增大;反應溫度對碳酸鈣晶型的影響較小,對顆粒的形貌、尺寸沒有影響,在低溫段(20℃)形成的球霰石物質(zhì)的量分數(shù)約為96%,隨著溫度升高至60℃球霰石物質(zhì)的量分數(shù)降低至87%;天冬氨酸的濃度顯著影響碳酸鈣的晶型,天冬氨酸濃度越低球霰石含量越低,并且碳酸鈣顆粒的形貌由球形逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)獒槧?其尺寸也逐漸減小。研究結(jié)果對球霰石型碳酸鈣的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供了較好的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The crystal type calcium carbonate was synthesized by carbonation with aspartic acid Aspp. The effects of carbon dioxide ventilation rate, reaction temperature and aspartic acid concentration on the morphology and morphology of calcium carbonate were studied.
