不銹鋼基高通量換熱管多孔層的耐乙酸腐蝕特性

【摘要】:表面多孔高通量換熱管是一種高效的強(qiáng)化沸騰傳熱元件。為了提高表面多孔高通量換熱管的耐腐蝕性能,本文采用粉末燒結(jié)工藝在不銹鋼換熱管表面燒結(jié)了一層不銹鋼基多孔層,模擬含乙酸的乙二醇溶液蒸發(fā)沸騰工況,并借助掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、腐蝕失重法和電化學(xué)方法對比研究了不銹鋼基、鐵基、銅基3種高通量換熱管表面多孔層的耐腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,所開發(fā)的不銹鋼基表面多孔層相比鐵基和銅基表面多孔層具有更加優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性能。在沸騰浸泡實驗條件下,不銹鋼基多孔層的腐蝕速率約為鐵基多孔層腐蝕速率的1/5~1/3,為銅基多孔層的3/10~4/7。在0.1~10mol/L的實驗濃度范圍內(nèi),常溫下不銹鋼基多孔層耐蝕性隨著乙酸濃度的增加而降低,但仍明顯優(yōu)于鐵基、銅基多孔層。
[Abstract]:Porous high flux surface heat transfer tube is an efficient boiling heat transfer element. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of surface porous high flux heat transfer tube, In this paper, a layer of stainless steel porous layer was sintered on the surface of stainless steel heat exchanger tube by powder sintering process, and the boiling condition of ethylene glycol solution containing acetic acid was simulated. The corrosion resistance of three kinds of porous layers on the surface of stainless steel, iron and copper were studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), corrosion weight loss method and electrochemical method. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of porous layers on the surface of stainless steel, iron and copper was compared. The porous layer of stainless steel substrate has better corrosion resistance than that of iron and copper based porous layer. Under the condition of boiling immersion experiment, the corrosion resistance of porous layer on stainless steel substrate is better than that on iron base and copper base surface. The corrosion rate of stainless steel based porous layer is about 1 / 5 / 1 / 3 of that of iron based porous layer, which is 3 / 10 / 4 / 7 of copper based porous layer. In the experimental concentration range of 0.1 渭 mol / L, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel based porous layer decreases with the increase of acetic acid concentration at room temperature. But it is still better than iron base, copper base porous layer.
