界面彈性模量對(duì)三維雙絲拉拔混凝土的力學(xué)性能影響

【摘要】:三維條件下雙絲拉拔力學(xué)性能研究是纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土研究的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文考慮雙絲間的耦合作用和材料各相的細(xì)觀非均勻性,建立了雙絲拉拔混凝土三維模型,研究了界面彈性模量對(duì)雙絲拉拔混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響以及界面的作用機(jī)理,獲得了試件應(yīng)力分布云圖、聲發(fā)射演化過(guò)程圖、聲發(fā)射 位移 荷載曲線,擬合了峰值荷載、相對(duì)韌度以及聲發(fā)射能量與界面彈性模量的關(guān)系曲線。研究結(jié)果表明:低彈性模量的界面有利于緩和應(yīng)力集中;雙絲拉拔試件的強(qiáng)度和韌性均隨界面彈性模量的增加而降低。
[Abstract]:The study of mechanical properties of double wire drawing is an important foundation of fiber reinforced concrete under three dimensional conditions. Considering the coupling between two wires and the mesoscopic inhomogeneity of different phases of materials, a three dimensional model of double wire drawing concrete is established in this paper. The influence of interfacial elastic modulus on mechanical properties of double-wire pull-out concrete and the mechanism of interface are studied. The stress distribution cloud diagram, acoustic emission evolution process diagram, acoustic emission displacement and load curve are obtained, and the peak load is fitted. The results show that the interface of low elastic modulus is beneficial to ease the stress concentration, and the strength and toughness of double wire drawing specimens decrease with the increase of interface elastic modulus.
