包埋固定化硝化菌劑處理合成氨工業(yè)廢水

【摘要】:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸鈉(SA)為載體對(duì)市售微生物硝化菌劑進(jìn)行包埋,并在模擬三相流化床SBR反應(yīng)器中考察固定化載體對(duì)模擬氨氮廢水的脫氮性能。結(jié)果表明,采用固定化載體的反應(yīng)器啟動(dòng)迅速,包菌量2g以上的固定化載體在溫度為30℃、溶解氧為4~6mg/L的條件下活化9天后對(duì)氨氮的去除率超過90%。摻入活性污泥對(duì)包埋菌種進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后,固定化載體24h對(duì)氨氮和COD的去除率分別維持在90%和75%左右。
[Abstract]:Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) were used as carriers to encapsulate microorganism nitrifying agents, and the denitrification performance of immobilized carriers on simulated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater was investigated in a simulated three-phase fluidized bed SBR reactor.
