【摘要】:本文對球狀二水氯化鈣在流化床造粒機中表現(xiàn)的干燥特性進行了小試試驗,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行了工業(yè)化規(guī);a(chǎn)球狀二水氯化鈣流化床造粒干燥機的設計計算和選型,并結(jié)合工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)驗證了小試試驗和設計的先進性、科學性。首先,對該項目工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的可行性進行了小試試驗研究,為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供實踐依據(jù)和基礎(chǔ);總結(jié)出噴液量、流化速度、物料溫度對球狀二水氯化鈣的干燥造粒特性的影響。其次,論文綜合利用熱力學和流體力學原理,通過熱量衡算和物料衡算,為該項目的大型化、工業(yè)化、連續(xù)化生產(chǎn)提供理論支持,再結(jié)合化工生產(chǎn)中的實際工作經(jīng)驗,設計出適用于球狀二水氯化鈣的大型連續(xù)噴霧流化床干燥造粒設備。最后,利用工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù),驗證小試試驗和設計的正確性,并將該系統(tǒng)與國外系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵點進行了對比,確保了該系統(tǒng)在節(jié)能方面和性能方面的先進性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the drying characteristics of spherical calcium chloride dihydrate in a fluidized bed granulator are tested in a pilot scale, and the design calculation and type selection of a fluidized bed granulator for the production of spherical calcium chloride dihydrate on a large scale are carried out. Combined with the data of industrial production, the advanced and scientific of the pilot test and design is verified. Firstly, the feasibility of the project is studied, which provides the practical basis and foundation for the industrial production. The effects of injection rate, fluidization speed and material temperature on the drying and granulation characteristics of calcium chloride dihydrate are summarized. Secondly, the paper synthetically utilizes the principles of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, through heat balance and material balance, for the large-scale of the project. Industrialization and continuous production provide theoretical support, and combining with practical experience in chemical production, a large-scale continuous spray fluidized bed granulating equipment suitable for spherical calcium chloride dihydrate is designed. Finally, the industrial production data are used. The correctness of the test and design is verified, and the key points of the system are compared with those of the foreign system, which ensures the advanced nature of the system in the aspect of energy saving and performance.
