【摘要】：對(duì)于日用陶瓷產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),傳統(tǒng)手作的生產(chǎn)工藝有自身的特點(diǎn),也有不足的地方,而現(xiàn)代機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)工藝也是如此。審視二者的這些特點(diǎn)與不足,在工藝特征上呈現(xiàn)出明顯的互補(bǔ)性,形成新的現(xiàn)代內(nèi)涵。從傳統(tǒng)手工工藝與機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)工藝相結(jié)合的現(xiàn)代表現(xiàn)方式入手,探究其結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)的互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)、結(jié)合的原則和結(jié)合的途徑與條件。日用陶瓷產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要擺脫現(xiàn)有的困境,只有將兩種生產(chǎn)工藝取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短有力的結(jié)合。當(dāng)然,結(jié)合的模式有很多種,最為常用的是加工過(guò)程中某種工藝有利的介入,在立體造型或平面裝飾上,既要體現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)手工的靈性,擴(kuò)大影響,也要依靠現(xiàn)代機(jī)械的優(yōu)勢(shì)和強(qiáng)項(xiàng),增加個(gè)性,提高生產(chǎn)能力。因此,本課題擬從代表精準(zhǔn)功能的機(jī)器生產(chǎn)和表征人性自由的手工技藝相結(jié)合的角度入手,從五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探究:第一階段,從論文研究背景、現(xiàn)狀、意義、內(nèi)容方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)幾個(gè)方面闡述本課題研究的必要性和可行性;第二階段,通過(guò)具體調(diào)研,總結(jié)出基于日用陶瓷設(shè)計(jì),兩種生產(chǎn)工藝結(jié)合的新內(nèi)涵下的具體表現(xiàn)形式;第三階段,基于立體造型與平面裝飾方面,從工藝角度,探討產(chǎn)品形態(tài)、材料在兩種生產(chǎn)工藝具體表現(xiàn)形式上各自的優(yōu)劣;第四階段,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析兩種生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)缺的情況下,進(jìn)一步探討出兩種生產(chǎn)工藝之所以結(jié)合運(yùn)用于日用陶瓷產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)分析;最終,以畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)充分采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法加以論證。本課題希望以日用陶瓷的手工工藝與機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)工藝的對(duì)比性研究,通過(guò)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐來(lái)驗(yàn)證其方法在日用陶瓷規(guī)模性生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)、制造過(guò)程中的合理性與趨勢(shì)性,努力為強(qiáng)調(diào)使用功能為主要目的日用陶瓷生產(chǎn)制造找到適合發(fā)展的前進(jìn)之路。
[Abstract]:For the design of daily ceramic products, the traditional hand-made production technology has its own characteristics and shortcomings, and so is the modern mechanized production technology. This paper presents obvious complementarities in process characteristics and forms new modern connotations. Starting from the modern expression mode of combination of traditional handicraft and mechanized production technology, this paper probes into the complementary advantages realized by the combination of traditional handicraft and mechanized production technology. The principle of combination and the ways and conditions of combination. In order to get rid of the existing predicament in the design of daily ceramic products, we must combine the two production processes to complement each other. Of course, there are many modes of combination. What is most commonly used is the beneficial intervention of a certain craft in the process of processing. In stereo modeling or plane decoration, we should not only embody the spirit of traditional handwork and expand our influence, but also rely on the advantages and strengths of modern machinery to increase our personality. Therefore, from the point of view of the combination of machine production, which represents precise functions, and the handicraft technology that characterizes human freedom, this paper will explore from five aspects: the first stage, the research background, the present situation and the significance of the thesis. The second stage, through the concrete investigation, summarizes the concrete manifestation under the new connotation of the combination of the two kinds of production technology based on the daily ceramic design, the second stage, through the concrete investigation, summarizes the concrete manifestation under the new connotation of the combination of the two kinds of production technology, according to the content method, the innovation point several aspects. The third stage, based on three-dimensional modeling and plane decoration, from the point of view of technology, to discuss the product form, material in the two specific forms of production process performance of their respective advantages and disadvantages; 4th stage, By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two production processes, the author further discusses the reason why the two production processes are used in the design and analysis of daily ceramic products. It is demonstrated by the method of combining theory with practice in graduation design. This paper hopes to compare the handicraft and mechanized production technology of daily ceramic. Through the practice of graduation design to verify the rationality and trend of the method in the large-scale production design and manufacturing process of daily ceramics, and try to find a suitable way of development for the production and manufacture of domestic ceramics with emphasis on using function as the main purpose.
