環(huán)氧樹脂與鋁用炭素材料固體原料的靜態(tài)浸潤性能研究

【摘要】:采用自行研制的浸潤性測定系統(tǒng),研究了環(huán)氧樹脂對瀝青焦和電煅煤的靜態(tài)浸潤過程,分析了粒度分布、加熱溫度、浸潤時間、堆積密度對環(huán)氧樹脂與固體原料靜態(tài)浸潤性能的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,適當(dāng)增加粒度分布、提高加熱溫度、延長浸潤時間、降低堆積密度均可改善環(huán)氧樹脂對瀝青焦和電煅煤的靜態(tài)浸潤效果。研究環(huán)氧樹脂與鋁用炭素材料固體原料的靜態(tài)浸潤特征規(guī)律,有利于確定環(huán)氧樹脂在混捏過程中的最佳配入量,對于環(huán)保型鋁用炭素材料的設(shè)計和開發(fā)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The static soaking process of epoxy resin on bituminous coke and electric calcined coal was studied by using the wettability measurement system developed by ourselves. The particle size distribution, heating temperature and soaking time were analyzed. The effect of packing density on the static wettability of epoxy resin and solid material. The results show that the particle size distribution is increased properly, the heating temperature is raised, and the soaking time is prolonged. The static wetting effect of epoxy resin on bituminous coke and electrically calcined coal can be improved by decreasing the packing density. It is helpful to determine the optimum dosage of epoxy resin in the process of mixing and kneading. It is of great significance for the design and development of environmentally friendly carbon materials for aluminum.
