相轉(zhuǎn)移法輔助水熱合成納米鈦酸鍶粉體的研究

【摘要】:鈦酸鍶粉體是一種應(yīng)用前景廣泛且重要的多功能陶瓷材料。它廣泛用于傳感器、電容器、壓敏電阻器等電子元件的制備。本論文分別采用水熱法、相轉(zhuǎn)移法輔助水熱法來(lái)合成鈦酸鍶粉體,并對(duì)所合成的鈦酸鍶粉體進(jìn)行表征與分析,探索這兩種合成方法的最佳工藝參數(shù)。水熱合成工藝,以硝酸鍶(Sr(NO3)2)、鈦酸四丁酯為原料,氫氧化鉀(KOH)為礦化劑,成功制備出鈦酸鍶粉體,并對(duì)制備出的鈦酸鍶粉體依次進(jìn)行了XRD、SEM的表征與分析。結(jié)果表明,在最佳工藝參數(shù)下可制備出結(jié)晶度好,粒徑在60~110 nm之間的納米鈦酸鍶粉體;但所制的鈦酸鍶粉體出現(xiàn)了不可避免的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象。相轉(zhuǎn)移法輔助水熱合成工藝,以鈦酸四丁酯、硝酸鍶為原料,氫氧化鉀為礦化劑,SPAN80為表面活性劑,石油醚為有機(jī)溶劑,通過(guò)水熱法合成前驅(qū)體鈦酸鍶后,在攪拌作用下加入SPAN80和石油醚,成功制備出納米鈦酸鍶粉體。通過(guò)XRD、SEM、TEM-EDS和激光粒度分析儀對(duì)所制粉體進(jìn)行表征和分析,著重分析了SPAN80的添加量對(duì)鈦酸鍶粉體性能的影響,找出制備鈦酸鍶粉體的最佳工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,與水熱法相比,相轉(zhuǎn)移法輔助水熱合成的納米Sr Ti O3粉體的粒徑較小,物相結(jié)構(gòu)未發(fā)生改變。相轉(zhuǎn)移法輔助水熱合成工藝的最佳參數(shù)是:反應(yīng)溫度為130℃,礦化劑濃度為1.8 mol/L,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為20 h,SPAN80添加量為10%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))。在最佳工藝參數(shù)下制備出的納米鈦酸鍶粉體,均一性很好,形貌呈現(xiàn)球形,純凈無(wú)雜質(zhì),粒徑約為38 nm,無(wú)團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象或輕微團(tuán)聚;鈦酸鍶粉體表面由極性變?yōu)榉菢O性,分散性好。
[Abstract]:Strontium titanate powder is a widely used and important multifunctional ceramic material. It is widely used in the preparation of electronic components such as sensors, capacitors and varistors. Strontium titanate powder was synthesized by phase transfer assisted hydrothermal method, and the synthesized strontium titanate powder was characterized and analyzed. The optimum technological parameters of these two synthetic methods were explored. Strontium titanate powder was successfully prepared by using potassium hydroxide (Koh) as mineralizer, and the prepared strontium titanate powder was characterized and analyzed by XRDX SEM in turn. The results showed that the crystallinity of strontium titanate powder could be obtained under the optimum technological parameters. Nanocrystalline strontium titanate powder with particle size of 60 ~ 110nm, but the synthesized strontium titanate powder appeared inevitable agglomeration phenomenon. Phase transfer method assisted hydrothermal synthesis process, using tetrabutyl titanate and strontium nitrate as raw materials, The precursor strontium titanate was synthesized by hydrothermal method with potassium hydroxide as mineralizer SPAN80 as surfactant and petroleum ether as organic solvent. After stirring, SPAN80 and petroleum ether were added. The nanocrystalline strontium titanate powder was successfully prepared. The powder was characterized and analyzed by XRDX SEMMOTEM-EDS and laser particle size analyzer. The effect of the addition of SPAN80 on the properties of strontium titanate powder was emphatically analyzed. The optimum technological parameters for preparing strontium titanate powder were found out. The results showed that the particle size of nanometer Sr TIO 3 powder assisted by phase transfer method was smaller than that by hydrothermal method. The phase structure has not changed.
