流變劑對混凝土工作性能的影響

【摘要】:為滿足低強度等級和高強度等級混凝土超高層泵送的特殊施工要求,通過三種不同類型的流變劑研究混凝土拌合物的流動性、粘度和填充性,通過坍落度、坍落擴展度、V型漏斗通過時間和T_(50)測試手段,評價流變劑對拌合物的調(diào)節(jié)性能,結(jié)果表明HJ流變劑適宜低強度等級混凝土,6A流變劑適宜高強度等級自密實混凝土。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the special construction requirements of low strength grade and high strength grade concrete pumping, the fluidity, viscosity and filling property of concrete mixture were studied by three different types of rheological agents. In order to evaluate the adjusting performance of rheological agent on mixing compound, the test means of collapse extension, V-shaped funnel passing time and Tass 50) showed that HJ rheological agent was suitable for low strength grade concrete and high strength grade self-compacting concrete, the results showed that HJ rheological agent was suitable for low strength grade concrete and high strength grade self-compacting concrete.
