【摘要】:研究建立在建筑用陶瓷的生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中,數(shù)字技術(shù)建造正在嘗試同陶瓷生產(chǎn)體系進(jìn)行結(jié)合,并能夠?qū)⒃O(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程放在具體的解決方案上,通過(guò)數(shù)字建模、輸出設(shè)備、模具工藝的更新、機(jī)器人手臂輔助等多種數(shù)字手段的嘗試,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的陶瓷生產(chǎn)技藝與體系,創(chuàng)造出不僅可以滿足建筑功能需要并具有創(chuàng)意的陶瓷原型,還能夠?qū)ふ业教沾伤囆g(shù)與生產(chǎn)成本之間的平衡點(diǎn)。技術(shù)本身并不是一個(gè)目標(biāo),而是授權(quán)陶瓷設(shè)計(jì)作為變革的一種手段。數(shù)字技術(shù)建造的發(fā)展將會(huì)影響著未來(lái)建筑用陶瓷設(shè)計(jì)與制作體系的升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:In the field of production and application of building ceramics, digital technology construction is trying to combine with ceramic production system, and can put the design process on the concrete solution, through digital modeling, output equipment, With the updating of mould technology and the attempt of robot arm assistance and other digital means, combined with the existing ceramic production techniques and systems, we have created ceramic prototypes that can not only meet the needs of building functions but also be creative. It is also possible to find a balance between ceramic art and production costs. Technology is not an end in itself. The development of digital technology construction will affect the upgrade of ceramic design and manufacture system for building in the future.
