磷尾礦制備硫酸鎂試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用工業(yè)鹽酸分解高鎂磷尾礦并制備硫酸鎂產(chǎn)品,對(duì)酸解條件、酸化條件及濃縮比例進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,工業(yè)鹽酸與磷尾礦質(zhì)量比2.25、反應(yīng)時(shí)間20 min、反應(yīng)溫度60℃時(shí),分解率最高;當(dāng)濃硫酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)98%時(shí),除鈣效果更佳;將酸化濾液進(jìn)行1次濃縮比例0.65、2次濃縮比例0.20,得到七水硫酸鎂產(chǎn)品,可達(dá)到國(guó)家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一等品要求。該工藝可避免環(huán)境污染,節(jié)約資源,具有潛在的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Industrial hydrochloric acid was used to decompose high magnesium phosphate tailings and to prepare magnesium sulfate products.
