含磺酸基聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸衍生物的合成及性能

【摘要】:以環(huán)氧琥珀酸(ESA)、衣康酸(IA)和苯乙烯磺酸鈉(SS)為單體,過硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,通過共聚反應得到了含有羧基和磺酸基的三元共聚物ESA/IA/SS,利用FTIR對其結構進行了表征?疾炝藛误w質量比、引發(fā)劑用量、聚合溫度和聚合時間對ESA/IA/SS阻碳酸鈣垢性能的影響。實驗結果顯示:ESA/IA/SS的最佳合成條件為m(馬來酸酐,MA)∶m(IA)=3∶1,SS的加量為20%(占單體總質量,下同),引發(fā)劑的加量為12%,聚合溫度85℃,聚合時間4 h,此時得到的產品黏均相對分子質量為1 176.3。對ESA/IA/SS的阻垢和分散氧化鐵性能進行了測定,并與ESA/SS和聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸(PESA)進行了比較。實驗結果表明:當阻垢劑的質量濃度均為50 mg/L時,ESA/IA/SS與PESA的阻碳酸鈣垢性能相當,PESA的阻垢率為72.3%,ESA/IA/SS的阻垢率為71.5%,而ESA/SS的阻垢率僅為44.2%。當阻垢劑的質量濃度均為40 mg/L時,ESA/IA/SS的阻磷酸鈣垢性能遠高于PESA,PESA的阻垢率僅為7.0%,ESA/IA/SS的阻垢率為96.8%。同時,當加入阻垢劑的質量濃度為30 mg/L時,ESA/IA/SS還具有一定的分散氧化鐵性能,加藥后Fe Cl3溶液的透光率為72.6%。
[Abstract]:The monomers of ESAA, iaconic acid and sodium styrene sulfonate were used as monomers and ammonium persulfate as initiator. A terpolymer containing carboxyl group and sulfonic group was obtained by copolymerization. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FTIR. The mass ratio of monomer and the amount of initiator were investigated. The effect of polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the scale inhibition of calcium carbonate by ESA/IA/SS.
