非水解溶膠-凝膠法結(jié)合碳熱還原法制備β-SiC粉體

【摘要】:為了用較為簡(jiǎn)便的方法以及廉價(jià)原料制備出β-SiC粉體,采用非水解溶膠-凝膠法,以分析純的四氯化硅(SiCl4)、正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)為原料,加入催化劑無(wú)水氯化鐵(FeCl_3)制備出溶膠,然后轉(zhuǎn)移至反應(yīng)釜中能制備出SiO_2干凝膠。分別以SiO_2干凝膠或石英砂為硅源,與炭黑混合,SiO_2干凝膠或石英砂與炭黑的質(zhì)量比為3 2,采用碳熱還原技術(shù),在氬氣氣氛中于1 500℃保溫2.5 h制備出SiC粉體。采用FTIR、XRD和SEM測(cè)試方法研究凝膠過(guò)程以及碳熱還原產(chǎn)物。結(jié)果表明:原料TEOS經(jīng)過(guò)非水解縮合反應(yīng)制備出的SiO_2干凝膠活性較高,而后用其制備出物相較為純凈的SiC粉體,其晶粒尺寸細(xì)小,粒徑均勻,粉體表面存在少量的短晶須。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare 尾 -SiC powder by simple method and cheap raw material, the sol was prepared by non-hydrolytic sol-gel method, using pure silicon tetrachloride (SiCl _ 4), tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as raw material and adding anhydrous ferric chloride (FeCl _ 3) as catalyst. The SiO_2 xerogels can be prepared by transfer to the reactor, using SiO_2 xerogels or quartz sand as silicon source, mixed with carbon black, or silica sand / carbon black, the mass ratio of silica sand to carbon black is 3.2.
