【摘要】:采用氯化銨和氧化鈰為原料,利用自制成套氯化裝置干法制備無水氯化鈰,實現(xiàn)了無水氯化鈰的批量生產(chǎn)。擴大試驗結(jié)果表明:在氧化鈰50 kg,氯化銨用量為理論量的2.4倍,均勻混料,反應溫度450℃,反應時間32 h,料層厚度15 cm的條件下產(chǎn)品無水氯化鈰純度可高達99.35%。
[Abstract]:Using ammonium chloride and cerium oxide as raw materials, anhydrous cerium chloride was prepared by dry process in a self-made chlorination plant, and the batch production of anhydrous cerium chloride was realized.
