干法制備無水氯化鈰的研究

【摘要】:采用氯化銨和氧化鈰為原料,利用自制成套氯化裝置干法制備無水氯化鈰,實現(xiàn)了無水氯化鈰的批量生產(chǎn)。擴大試驗結(jié)果表明:在氧化鈰50 kg,氯化銨用量為理論量的2.4倍,均勻混料,反應溫度450℃,反應時間32 h,料層厚度15 cm的條件下產(chǎn)品無水氯化鈰純度可高達99.35%。
[Abstract]:Using ammonium chloride and cerium oxide as raw materials, anhydrous cerium chloride was prepared by dry process in a self-made chlorination plant, and the batch production of anhydrous cerium chloride was realized. The expanded test results showed that the amount of ammonium chloride was 2.4 times of the theoretical amount when cerium oxide was 50 kg.
