熱泵干燥機用于煙花爆竹烘干的理論分析和實驗研究

【摘要】:本文設(shè)計了一種針對煙花爆竹原料烘干的熱泵干燥系統(tǒng),在設(shè)計的過程中嚴格參照中華人民共和國國家標準(GB11652-89)即《煙花爆竹勞動安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》。進行熱泵干燥系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,從節(jié)能考慮確定熱泵干燥系統(tǒng)為閉式循環(huán)系統(tǒng),通過所需的除濕標準,確定每小時的除濕量,對熱泵模塊主要部件進行計算選型,其中包括壓縮機、蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、熱力膨脹閥,在冷凝器和蒸發(fā)器端設(shè)有輔助加熱器,分別是用于防止冬天極端天氣熱泵熱量不足和蒸發(fā)器除霜。確定每小時的送風(fēng)量,對干燥模塊的風(fēng)管、通風(fēng)機進行計算選型。風(fēng)管設(shè)有過濾除塵裝置,通風(fēng)機為防爆風(fēng)機,系統(tǒng)中加入了顯熱交換器,有效的利用了回風(fēng)的熱量。在烘干房內(nèi)設(shè)有溫度傳感器,當(dāng)溫度超過58℃時,熱泵模塊停止運行,保證烘干過程的安全性。對烘干房的送風(fēng)方式進行設(shè)計,并利用Fluent進行模擬分析,地板送風(fēng)頂部孔板回風(fēng)的方式氣流組織更為合理。通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析熱泵干燥機組的除濕性能,實驗結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)過24h的干燥,物料基本達到要求的濕度,熱泵干燥系統(tǒng)工作24h的SPC(除濕能耗比)為1.13kWh/kg水,低于普通蒸汽除濕的能耗(1.2~1.8kWh/kg水),但優(yōu)勢并不明顯,經(jīng)分析認為,由于在干燥至21h時,物料含水量已基本達到烘干要求,此時物料的水分含量較少,制冷量大部分用于冷卻空氣,而除去水量較少,因而SPC平均值較高。在干燥后期可以停止熱泵的運行,利用回風(fēng)的熱量對物料進行除濕,此時回風(fēng)溫度高且濕度較低,有一定的除濕能力,可以有效的提高熱量的回收。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a heat pump drying system for fireworks and firecrackers is designed. In the design process, the heat pump drying system is designed according to the national standard GB11652-89 of the people's Republic of China (GB 11652-89). The heat pump drying system is determined to be a closed cycle system from the view of energy saving. Through the required dehumidification standard, the desiccant quantity per hour is determined, and the main components of the heat pump module are calculated and selected, including compressor, evaporator, condenser, etc. Thermal expansion valve, equipped with auxiliary heater at the end of condenser and evaporator, is used to prevent heat shortage of heat pump and defrosting of evaporator in extreme weather in winter respectively. The air duct is equipped with a filter and dust removal device, the fan is an explosion-proof fan, and a display heat exchanger is added to the system, which makes effective use of the heat of the return air.
