【摘要】:對(duì)比了3種高溫鎳藥水對(duì)電子連接器端子純錫鍍層和焊腳薄金層高溫焊接變色的改善效果,從中選取了一種最佳的高溫鎳藥水。量化評(píng)價(jià)了該高溫鎳藥水與高速連續(xù)電鍍中普通鎳藥水在電流密度、電流效率、沉積速率、分散能力、覆蓋能力、金屬雜質(zhì)容忍度以及環(huán)保性能方面的差異及兼容性,表征了兩種鎳藥水一起連續(xù)電鍍生產(chǎn)時(shí)的抗干擾性與所得鍍鎳層的最佳膜厚比以及耐蝕性、延展性和結(jié)合力。
[Abstract]:The effect of three kinds of high temperature nickel solution on the discoloration of pure tin coating at the end of electronic connector and the thin gold layer of welding foot at high temperature was compared. The optimum high temperature nickel solution was selected. The current density, current efficiency, deposition rate, dispersing ability and covering capacity of the high temperature nickel solution and the ordinary nickel solution in high speed continuous electroplating were quantitatively evaluated. The difference and compatibility of tolerance of metal impurity and environmental protection properties were used to characterize the anti-interference and the optimum thickness ratio, corrosion resistance, ductility and adhesion of the nickel coating produced by two kinds of nickel solution electroplating together.
