Guanidine分子在燃料電池用陰離子交換膜中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以殼聚糖(CS)和2,3-環(huán)氧丙基三甲基氯化銨(GTA)為原料,制備季銨化殼聚糖(QCS),將其與小分子游離胍(Guanidine)共混,借助戊二醛(GA)的化學(xué)交聯(lián)作用,將季銨化殼聚糖中的氨基以及胍中的氨基交聯(lián),形成網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),由此制得含有不同含量Guanidine分子的交聯(lián)QCS-G陰離子交換膜。實驗過程中,對該膜的含水率、溶脹度、力學(xué)強(qiáng)度、電導(dǎo)率及耐堿穩(wěn)定性等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的考察。結(jié)果表明,游離胍的引入可有效地提高膜的電導(dǎo)率和耐堿穩(wěn)定性,同時降低了膜的溶脹度及含水率。其中小分子游離胍質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.5%的膜(QCS-G2.5%)在70℃時的電導(dǎo)率可達(dá)到6.58×10~(-2)S/cm;在10 mol/L NaOH溶液中浸漬72 h后該膜70℃測得的電導(dǎo)率損失僅為3.8%,離子交換量損失僅為3.82%,表明該膜的耐堿性能較好。
[Abstract]:Quaternary ammonium chitosan (Quaternary chitosan) was prepared from chitosan (CSN) and 2-trimethylammonium trimethylammonium chloride (GTAA). The quaternary chitosan was blended with Guanidine (a small molecule of free guanidine). The chemical crosslinking of quaternary chitosan and guanidine was studied by means of glutaraldehyde (GA). The cross-linked QCS-G anion exchange membrane containing different contents of Guanidine molecules was prepared by crosslinking the amino in quaternary chitosan and the amino group in guanidine. During the experiment, the moisture content, swelling degree and mechanical strength of the membrane were determined. The results show that the introduction of free guanidine can effectively improve the conductivity and alkali-resistant stability of the membrane. At the same time, the swelling degree and moisture content of the membrane were reduced. The conductivity of the membrane QCS-G2.5 with small molecular free guanidine content of 2.5%) could reach 6.58 脳 10 ~ (-2) C ~ (-1) S / cm at 70 鈩,
