【摘要】：采用2-乙基己基膦酸單-2-乙基己基酯(HEHEHP)-正庚烷為萃取劑,鹽酸為反萃取劑,中空纖維膜作支撐膜,研究中空纖維分散液膜技術(shù)富集稀土鐿(Yb~(3+))離子�？疾炝梭w系物性:反萃分散相中反萃劑濃度、萃取劑濃度、萃取劑與反萃劑體積比、料液相p H值、稀土離子濃度;流體流動狀態(tài):反萃分散相與料液相流速變化等因素對富集稀土離子的影響。中空纖維分散液膜富集Yb~(3+)的最佳條件為:萃取劑濃度為0.25 mol/L,反萃取劑HCl濃度為4.00 mol/L,萃取劑與反萃劑體積比為10∶40,料液相p H=2.80,稀土離子濃度為0.025 mol/L。反萃分散相體積流量和料液相體積流量較小時,萃取率隨流量的增加呈現(xiàn)逐漸增大的趨勢。若兩相體積流量過大,反萃過程進行不完全,萃取率反而下降。研究結(jié)果表明,中空纖維分散液膜技術(shù)可實現(xiàn)稀土離子的有效富集。
[Abstract]:Using 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester HEHEHPH-n-heptane as extractant, hydrochloric acid as backextractant, hollow fiber membrane as supporting membrane. The enrichment of ytterbium ytterbium (Yb) ~ (3 +) ion by hollow fiber dispersion membrane was studied. The physical properties of the system were investigated, such as the concentration of stripping agent in the stripping phase, the concentration of extractant, the volume ratio of extractant to stripping agent, the pH value of liquid phase and the concentration of rare earth ions. Fluid flow state: the influence of factors such as stripping dispersion phase and liquid flow rate on the enrichment of rare earth ions. The optimum conditions for enrichment of Yb~(3 by hollow fiber dispersion membrane are as follows: the concentration of extractant is 0.25 mol / L, and the concentration of HCl is 4.00. The optimum conditions are as follows: the concentration of extractant is 0.25 mol / L and the concentration of HCl is 4.00. Mol / L, the volume ratio of extractant to stripping agent is 10: 40, the volume ratio of extraction agent to stripping agent is 10: 40, the liquid phase pH is 2.80, the concentration of rare earth ion is 0.025 mol / L. the volume flow rate of dispersed phase and liquid phase is small. The extraction rate increases gradually with the increase of flow rate. If the volume flow of two phases is too large, the extraction process is incomplete and the extraction rate decreases. The results show that the hollow fiber dispersion membrane technology can effectively enrich rare earth ions.
