接種量對產(chǎn)氣腸桿菌同步糖化暗發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫的影響

【摘要】:文章以小麥秸稈為原料,研究了不同接種量對產(chǎn)氣腸桿菌同步糖化發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫的影響,以期尋求最佳的接種量條件。試驗以累積產(chǎn)氫量、產(chǎn)氫速率等指標來分析產(chǎn)氣腸桿菌利用小麥秸稈進行同步糖化發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫的潛力及其可行性。結(jié)果表明:在以反應(yīng)液體積為200 mL,底物為5 g小麥秸稈,酶負荷為150 mg·g~(-1)秸稈、初始pH值為6.5,溫度為35℃的條件下,接種量為30%時產(chǎn)氫效果最好,此時的累積產(chǎn)氣量達到737 mL,累積產(chǎn)氫量達到293mL,最大產(chǎn)氫速率為35.42 mL·h~(-1)L~(-1)。該實驗研究為秸稈類生物質(zhì)同步糖化厭氧暗發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫的進一步研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)并提供了科學參考。
[Abstract]:The effect of inoculation amount on hydrogen production by simultaneous saccharification fermentation of Enterobacter aerogenes was studied with wheat straw as raw material in order to find the best inoculation conditions. Hydrogen production rate was used to analyze the potential and feasibility of simultaneous saccharification fermentation with wheat straw by Enterobacter aerogenes.
