珍珠巖制備單一α-堇青石微晶玻璃及其性能

【摘要】:以珍珠巖為主要原料制備了單相α-堇青石微晶玻璃。采用DSC、XRD及FESEM分別研究了微晶玻璃的燒結(jié)和晶化行為、晶相組成及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。探討了燒結(jié)溫度和SiO_2含量對(duì)微晶玻璃晶相、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度升高,微晶玻璃中μ-堇青石逐漸減少并轉(zhuǎn)變成α-堇青石,微晶玻璃的孔隙率減少。隨著SiO_2含量升高,α-堇青石晶相析出溫度先降低后增高,微晶玻璃的密度及抗折強(qiáng)度先增大后減小,介電性能變差。當(dāng)Mg∶Al∶Si=2∶2∶5.95時(shí)經(jīng)900℃燒結(jié)6 h制得單一α-堇青石微晶玻璃,并具有高抗折強(qiáng)度(116 MPa),低介電常數(shù)(5.72,10 MHz),低介電損耗(0.0059,10 MHz),與Si相匹配的熱膨脹系數(shù)(2.91×10~(-6)K~(-1)),可以用作低溫共燒陶瓷材料。
[Abstract]:Single phase 偽 -cordierite glass-ceramics were prepared from perlite. The sintering and crystallization behavior, phase composition and microstructure of glass-ceramics were studied by DSC-XRD and FESEM, respectively. The effects of sintering temperature and SiO_2 content on glass-ceramics were investigated. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the 渭 -cordierite in glass-ceramics decreases and changes into 偽 -cordierite. With the increase of SiO_2 content, the precipitation temperature of 偽 -cordierite phase decreases first and then increases, and the density and flexural strength of glass-ceramics increase first and then decrease.
