基于紅色陶瓷噴墨色料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:隨著陶瓷裝飾技術(shù)的發(fā)展,噴墨打印成為陶瓷領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。陶瓷噴墨打印墨水對(duì)色料的粒徑有著嚴(yán)格的要求,而包裹紅色色料的結(jié)構(gòu)不適合于研磨,因此在陶瓷噴墨打印中的應(yīng)用受到限制。本文以制備陶瓷噴墨打印的紅色陶瓷色料為目標(biāo),研究硅酸鋯包裹硫硒化鎘色料的制備工藝條件對(duì)色料的粒徑、呈色性能等方面的影響。(1)采用共沉淀法制備色劑硫硒化鎘,考察反應(yīng)溫度,反應(yīng)物濃度,煅燒氣氛、溫度、時(shí)間等對(duì)硫硒化鎘結(jié)構(gòu)、晶相、粒徑的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:反應(yīng)溫度相對(duì)于反應(yīng)物濃度對(duì)硫硒化鎘一次晶粒的影響更大,改變溫度和濃度,都不能改善前驅(qū)體的團(tuán)聚情況。在氮?dú)鈿夥侦褵牧蛭k色劑,較空氣氣氛制備的色劑團(tuán)聚明顯減弱。常規(guī)的球磨處理并不能改善色劑顆粒的團(tuán)聚程度與尺寸大小。(2)采用共沉淀法對(duì)硫硒化鎘進(jìn)行硅酸鋯包裹,考察煅燒工藝、反應(yīng)物比例對(duì)包裹色料的結(jié)構(gòu)、呈色性能、粒徑的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在氮?dú)饣蚴釄逯徐褵龑?duì)硫硒化鎘的保護(hù)作用并不顯著,選擇將包裹硫硒化鎘色料前驅(qū)體在空氣中直接煅燒,犧牲表層色料保護(hù)內(nèi)部色料。當(dāng)原料比例為Cd:S:Se=4:3:1(摩爾比),鋯鎘比為3:1(摩爾比),在1050℃煅燒30 min可制得粒徑D50為8.25μm,紅值a*為29.97的包裹紅色色料。(3)采用非水解溶膠凝膠法對(duì)硫硒化鎘進(jìn)行硅酸鋯包裹,考察礦化劑種類,煅燒溫度對(duì)硅酸鋯晶相,煅燒溫度、氣氛對(duì)包裹硫硒化鎘色料的結(jié)構(gòu)、晶相、呈色性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)?shù)V化劑為偏釩酸銨時(shí),制備的硅酸鋯呈黃綠或藍(lán)綠色,對(duì)后續(xù)紅色色料的呈色會(huì)有影響;當(dāng)?shù)V化劑為氟化鋰時(shí),硅酸鋯晶相不能在高溫下穩(wěn)定制備。制備的硅酸鋯前驅(qū)體具有空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),有利于包裹小顆粒,酸性醋酸鋯溶液對(duì)硫硒化鎘的腐蝕,導(dǎo)致包裹紅色色料的發(fā)色效果并不理想。(4)采用水解共沉淀法對(duì)硫硒化鎘進(jìn)行硅酸鋯包裹,考察了包裹工藝,鍛燒溫度、氣氛、原料比例對(duì)包裹色料的結(jié)構(gòu)、呈色性能、粒徑的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:較優(yōu)的工藝條件為室溫下(25℃),鋯鎘比為3:1(摩爾比),硅鋯比為1:1(摩爾比),以氨水催化正硅酸乙酯水解1 h得硅溶膠,對(duì)共沉淀法制備的氫氧化鋯和硫硒化鎘懸濁液包覆得前驅(qū)體,空氣中1050 ℃下鍛燒30 min,可制備紅值a*為32.04,D50在2μm 左右的包裹硫硒化鎘色料,為包裹色料應(yīng)用于噴墨打印提供了可行的思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of ceramic decoration technology, ink jet printing has become a research hotspot in ceramic field. Ceramic ink jet printing ink has strict requirements for the particle size of color, but the structure of wrapped red pigment is not suitable for grinding. Therefore, the application in ceramic inkjet printing is limited. In this paper, the preparation process of zirconium silicate coated sulfur cadmium selenide pigment is studied with the aim of preparing red ceramic pigment for ceramic inkjet printing. The effect of color properties on the structure and crystal phase of cadmium sulfide selenide was studied by coprecipitation method. The reaction temperature, reactant concentration, calcination atmosphere, temperature, time and so on were investigated. The results show that the reaction temperature has greater effect on the primary grain size of cadmium selenide than the concentration of the reactant. Changing the temperature and concentration can not improve the agglomeration of the precursor. The agglomeration of color agent prepared in air atmosphere was obviously weakened. The conventional ball milling treatment could not improve the agglomeration degree and size of color agent particles. (2) the cadmium sulfide selenide was coated with zirconium silicate by coprecipitation method, and the calcination process was investigated. The effect of reactant ratio on the structure, color performance and particle size of the coated pigment. The results show that the protective effect of calcining in nitrogen or graphite crucible on cadmium sulfide selenide is not significant.
