常壓溶液法磷石膏中可溶雜質(zhì)去除規(guī)律的分析研究

【摘要】:在HCl-H_2O體系中利用溶液法對(duì)磷石膏進(jìn)行除雜,研究溶液pH值、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、固液比及溫度對(duì)磷石膏中可溶性磷和可溶性氟的去除率的影響。結(jié)果表明,HCl-H_2O體系除雜的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:pH=1,時(shí)間2 h,固液比=1∶3 g/mL,溫度103℃。此工藝下,可溶性磷、氟的去除率分別達(dá)到88.73%和93.77%,磷石膏中殘余的可溶性雜質(zhì)含量低至W_(P_2O_5)=0.08%,W_(F-)=0.005%,能夠滿(mǎn)足GB/T 23456—2009中作為石膏建材的要求,且具有經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。
[Abstract]:Phosphorus gypsum was removed by solution method in HCl-H_2O system. The pH value of solution and reaction time were studied. The effect of solid-liquid ratio and temperature on the removal rate of soluble phosphorus and soluble fluoride in phosphogypsum.
