氧化鋁粉末的球磨工藝及其燒結(jié)性能研究

【摘要】:選擇三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸鈉、十二烷基苯磺酸鈉作為助磨劑,研究不同助磨劑及添加量對(duì)氧化鋁粉末粒徑的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究球磨后Al_2O_3粉末的燒結(jié)性能。采用XRD、激光粒度分析儀、SEM等測(cè)試手段進(jìn)行表征,并用萬(wàn)能電子材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)、洛氏硬度計(jì)對(duì)氧化鋁陶瓷樣品的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)選取六偏磷酸鈉作為球磨助劑,添加量為粉末質(zhì)量0.3%時(shí),氧化鋁粉末助磨效果最佳,粉末球磨1 h后中位粒徑(D_(50))可達(dá)1.75μm。當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為1450℃時(shí),所制得氧化鋁陶瓷綜合性能最佳,其對(duì)應(yīng)的抗彎強(qiáng)度和洛氏硬度分別為352.27 MPa和77.8 HRA。
[Abstract]:The effects of triethanolamine, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium 12 alkylbenzene sulfonate on the particle size of alumina powder were studied. On the basis of this, the sintering properties of Al_2O_3 powder after ball milling were studied, which were characterized by means of XRD, laser particle size analyzer, and universal electronic material testing machine. The mechanical properties of alumina ceramic samples were tested and analyzed by Rockwell hardness meter. The results showed that when sodium hexametaphosphate was chosen as ball milling assistant and powder mass was 0.3%, the grinding effect of alumina powder was the best.
