武鋼煉鐵熱風(fēng)管系耐火材料破損分析與選材思考

【摘要】:為了系統(tǒng)掌握武鋼煉鐵系統(tǒng)熱風(fēng)管系耐火材料的使用狀況,提高其使用壽命,對(duì)武鋼5座高爐熱風(fēng)爐的熱風(fēng)管系的磚襯破損情況進(jìn)行了跟蹤調(diào)研。結(jié)果顯示:質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良、砌筑結(jié)構(gòu)適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲗哟u襯配合高溫性能好的輕質(zhì)隔熱磚可以保證16年以上的使用壽命,但三岔口和管內(nèi)頂部磚襯的開(kāi)裂剝落是影響管系長(zhǎng)壽運(yùn)行的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。熱風(fēng)管系事故頻繁的原因,除了磚襯材質(zhì)不當(dāng)、低價(jià)引入偽劣產(chǎn)品以及砌筑問(wèn)題外,也與熱風(fēng)氣體中含鋅、堿金屬等因素有關(guān)。管道內(nèi)表面磚襯由于鋅、堿金屬的作用,會(huì)出現(xiàn)疏松、剝落等現(xiàn)象。建立適宜的熱風(fēng)管系耐火材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn),杜絕低價(jià)中標(biāo),處理好管系內(nèi)氣體的富鋅和堿金屬局部富集問(wèn)題,有利于提高熱風(fēng)管系的使用壽命,維持高爐煉鐵的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to systematically grasp the use of refractory material of hot air pipe system in iron making system of WISCO, and to improve its service life, the damage of brick lining of hot air pipe system in 5 blast furnace of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd was investigated and tracked. The results show that the quality is good. The suitable working layer brick lining of the masonry structure can guarantee the service life of more than 16 years with the light heat insulation brick with good high temperature performance. But the cracking and peeling of the brick lining at the fork and the top of the pipe is the weak link that affects the long run of the pipe system. Besides the improper material of the brick lining, the introduction of fake and inferior products at low price and the problems of masonry, the frequent accidents of the hot air pipe system are the main reasons for the frequent accidents. It is also related to the factors such as zinc and alkali metal in the hot air gas. Because of the action of zinc and alkali metal, the lining of the inner surface of the pipe will appear loose and exfoliate. Establish the suitable standard of refractory material for the hot air pipe, and put an end to the low price of winning the bid. It is helpful to improve the service life of hot air pipe system and maintain the stable operation of blast furnace ironmaking by dealing with the problem of local enrichment of zinc and alkali metals in pipe system.
