水泥中MgO膨脹劑水化產(chǎn)生的膨脹應(yīng)力表征

【摘要】:本文研制了一套膨脹應(yīng)力測試裝置,并以此為基礎(chǔ)測試了約束條件下MgO膨脹劑(MEA)壓實體和摻MgO膨脹劑水泥漿體中水化產(chǎn)生的膨脹應(yīng)力;采用X射線衍射法定量分析了MgO的含量,并計算MgO的水化程度。結(jié)果表明:活性指數(shù)為23s和46s的MgO膨脹劑壓實體水化22d產(chǎn)生的膨脹應(yīng)力分別為38.9MPa和62.7MPa;摻水泥漿體的膨脹應(yīng)力隨MEA摻量增大、MEA活性指數(shù)提高和MgO水化程度增加而增大,不摻MgO膨脹劑的水泥漿體63d時的收縮應(yīng)力為1.3MPa,摻12%活性指數(shù)為23s和46s的MgO膨脹劑水泥漿體在63d時的膨脹應(yīng)力分別為1.8MPa和3.0MPa。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a set of apparatus for measuring expansion stress has been developed, based on which the expansion stress produced by hydration of MgO expander and MgO expansive agent cement paste has been measured under constraint conditions, and the content of MgO has been quantitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The hydration degree of MgO was calculated. The results showed that the expansion stress of MgO expansive agent with active index of 23s and 46s was 38.9 MPA and 62.7 MPa for 22 days, respectively, and the expansion stress of cement paste increased with the increase of MEA content. And the degree of hydration of MgO increased, The shrinkage stress of cement paste without MgO expansive agent was 1.3 MPA at 63 d, and the expansion stress of cement paste with 12% activity index of 23 s and 46 s was 1.8 MPA and 3.0 MPA at 63 d, respectively.
