摻雜納米微晶玻璃制備及性能表征綜合實驗

【摘要】:將最新的科研成果引入實驗教學(xué),設(shè)計了納米微晶玻璃的制備及性能表征綜合實驗。利用高溫熔融冷卻法制備玻璃基體,利用差熱分析對其析晶性能進行分析;通過改變熱處理溫度及時間等工藝參數(shù),對玻璃基體進行精密的熱處理,獲得一系列具有不同物化性能的微晶玻璃;最后利用X射線衍射儀、透射電鏡、熒光光譜儀和分光光度計等現(xiàn)代分析測試手段對樣品的性能進行表征與分析。結(jié)果表明,在620℃進行熱處理2h后,可以從玻璃相中析出純的NaYF4晶相,微晶顆粒尺寸約為27.3nm,通過Er3+/Yb3+稀土離子共摻可以獲得最佳的光譜吸收和上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光性能。該實驗涵蓋知識點多且簡單易行,有利于提高學(xué)生的綜合運用知識和進行科研的能力。
[Abstract]:The latest scientific research results were introduced into the experimental teaching, and a comprehensive experiment of preparation and characterization of nanocrystalline glass-ceramics was designed. The glass matrix was prepared by high temperature melt cooling method, and its crystallization property was analyzed by differential thermal analysis (DTA). A series of glass-ceramics with different physical and chemical properties were obtained by changing the process parameters such as heat treatment temperature and time, etc. Finally, X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope, and so on were used to obtain a series of glass-ceramics with different physical and chemical properties. The properties of the samples were characterized and analyzed by fluorescence spectrometer and spectrophotometer. The results showed that pure NaYF4 crystal phase could be precipitated from glass phase after heat treatment at 620 鈩,
