基于Image-Pro Plus軟件骨料比表面積測量

【摘要】:基于定量體視學(xué)的原理,應(yīng)用數(shù)碼相機和計算機圖像處理軟件(Image-Pro Plus),采用圖像處理法測得連續(xù)級配的混合骨料,碎石,破碎卵石3種骨料的比表面積并與試驗裹漿法計算的比表面積對比。結(jié)果表明:3種骨料的等價橢圓長短軸之比的平均值為1.48,橢球模型和球模型的比表面積的平均偏差為2.8%;圖像處理法與試驗裹漿法的偏差較小,3種骨料的平均偏差僅為4.3%,可為骨料比表面積等幾何特征參數(shù)的測量提供一種快速準(zhǔn)確的方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of quantitative stereology, using digital camera and computer image processing software, image processing method is used to measure continuously graded mixed aggregate and gravel. The specific surface area of three kinds of aggregates is broken and compared with that calculated by the experimental slurry method. The results show that the average value of the ratio of the equivalent elliptical axis to the long axis of the three kinds of aggregates is 1.48, and the average specific surface area of the ellipsoid model and the spherical model is equal to that of the ellipsoid model and the spherical model. The deviation is 2.8 and the average deviation between image processing method and experimental slurry wrapping method is only 4.3, which can provide a fast and accurate method for the measurement of geometric characteristic parameters such as specific surface area of aggregate.
