高變質(zhì)無煙煤伴生微晶石墨鑒定與分析

【摘要】:為定性、定量表征內(nèi)蒙古某高變質(zhì)無煙煤伴生微晶石墨,以太西無煙煤、朝鮮無煙煤為對比樣品,對試驗(yàn)樣進(jìn)行混酸脫灰處理和浮沉試驗(yàn),分析了各試驗(yàn)樣的X射線衍射和拉曼光譜特征。結(jié)果表明:不同采樣點(diǎn)的脫灰無煙煤伴生微晶石墨的中部分試驗(yàn)樣具有C(002)特征峰,但特征峰有寬化現(xiàn)象、強(qiáng)度有差異;不同試驗(yàn)樣拉曼光譜D峰、G峰參數(shù)對比表明無煙煤伴生微晶石墨的熱演化程度介于年老無煙煤至鱗片石墨階段;以拉曼光譜分析無序碳含量表征無煙煤在無煙煤伴生微晶石墨中相對含量,并以該值為浮沉法分離浮物累積含量,該含量所對應(yīng)浮沉分離密度即為脫灰無煙煤伴生微晶石墨中無煙煤與微晶石墨的分離密度,其值為1.665~1.681 g/cm~3。
[Abstract]:In order to qualitatively and quantitatively characterize the mixed acid deashing treatment and floatation test of a high metamorphic anthracite coals associated with microcrystalline stone ink, etherite anthracite and Korean anthracite as the contrast samples, a high metamorphic anthracite in Inner Mongolia was characterized. The X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrum characteristics of each sample were analyzed. The results showed that the middle part of the sample with fine grained anthracite from different sampling points had Cn002) characteristic peak, but the characteristic peak had the phenomenon of broadening and the intensity was different. The comparison of D-peak and G-peak parameters of Raman spectra of different samples shows that the thermal evolution of anthracite associated microcrystalline graphite is from aged anthracite to flake graphite. The relative content of anthracite in anthracite was characterized by Raman spectroscopy, and the accumulative content of floatation was determined by floatation method. The floatation density corresponding to this content is the separation density between anthracite and microcrystalline stone ink associated with descaling anthracite, with a value of 1.665v 1.681 g / cm ~ (-1).
