【摘要】：采用介孔SBA-15作添加劑,以聚砜(PSF)為復(fù)合膜本體材料制備PSF/SBA-15超濾復(fù)合膜,考察了SBA-15的添加對復(fù)合膜微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,研究了不同SBA-15添加量的復(fù)合膜滲透性能與分離性能的變化規(guī)律,并以水廠沉后水作為處理對象,考察了不同SBA-15添加量的超濾復(fù)合膜對污染物的去除效能以及產(chǎn)水穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:與未添加SBA-15的對照組相比,PSF/SBA-15復(fù)合膜的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)更加發(fā)達,過濾性能大幅提升,對污染物的去除效果明顯提高。當SBA-15添加量為6%時,復(fù)合膜過濾性能最強,對沉后水中濁度、細菌總數(shù)、COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除率分別達到99.8%、100%、16.3%和31.2%;在沉后水過濾試驗進行5個循環(huán)后,復(fù)合膜的水通量仍然可以保持在63.1 L/(m~2·h),是對照組的5.74倍。該新型介孔超濾復(fù)合膜制備方法的提出,為超濾膜工藝在實際工程中高通量、低成本的運行提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:PSF/SBA-15 ultrafiltration composite membrane was prepared by using mesoporous SBA-15 as additive and polysulfone as bulk material. The effect of SBA-15 addition on the microstructure of composite membrane was investigated. The changes of permeability and separation performance of composite membrane with different SBA-15 content were studied, and the water after settling in water plant was taken as the treatment object. The removal efficiency of pollutants and the stability of water production of ultrafiltration composite membrane with different SBA-15 content were investigated. The results showed that compared with the control group without SBA-15, the pore structure of PSF / SBA-15 composite membrane was more developed, and the filtration performance was greatly improved. When the amount of SBA-15 added is 6, the filtration performance of the composite membrane is the strongest, and the removal rates of turbidity, total number of bacteria and UVSP 254) in the settling water are 99.8% and 16.3% and 31.2%, respectively. The water flux of the composite membrane can still be kept at 63.1 L / m ~ (2) 路h ~ (-1), which is 5.74 times of that of the control group. This new preparation method of Kong Chao filter composite membrane provides technical support for the high throughput and low cost operation of the ultrafiltration membrane process in practical engineering.
