基于視覺(jué)定位的玻璃磨邊加工工藝的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:視覺(jué)定位技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代加工制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛。通過(guò)分析傳統(tǒng)玻璃磨邊加工流程,設(shè)計(jì)一種新的加工工藝,該工藝通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡進(jìn)行控制,以及通過(guò)CCD相機(jī)進(jìn)行視覺(jué)定位。該工藝主要通過(guò)視覺(jué)定位和誤差補(bǔ)償確定工件準(zhǔn)確坐標(biāo),然后根據(jù)該坐標(biāo)修改加工程序再進(jìn)行加工。此外,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)記錄多個(gè)工件坐標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)了陣列加工功能。實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明:該加工工藝能顯著提高加工精度和效率,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Visual positioning technology is widely used in modern manufacturing industry. By analyzing the traditional glass grinding process, a new processing technology is designed, which is controlled by computer and motion control card. The process mainly determines the exact coordinates of the workpiece by visual positioning and error compensation, and then modifies the machining program according to the coordinates, and then records several coordinates of the workpiece through the system. The function of array machining is realized. The practical application shows that the machining process can improve the machining precision and efficiency significantly and has wide application value.
