液相剝離法制備石墨烯及在導(dǎo)熱硅橡膠中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用高速剪切機(jī)液相剝離法,在膽酸鈉的水溶液中將鱗片石墨剝離,離心得到石墨烯分散液。AFM、TEM、Raman表征結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),剝離出的石墨烯厚度小于4層,尺寸大約在2~3μm,高質(zhì)量缺陷少(I_D/I_G≈0.15)。將石墨烯分散液冷凍干燥后與銀粉共同添加到硅橡膠中,制備出導(dǎo)熱硅橡膠。利用穩(wěn)態(tài)熱流法測試導(dǎo)熱硅橡膠的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)添加3vol%石墨烯時,復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)由未添加石墨烯時的4.900 W/(m·K)提高到12.367 W/(m·K)。綜上所述,通過液相剝離法成功制備出缺陷較少的少層石墨烯,能夠與銀粉協(xié)同提高導(dǎo)熱硅橡膠的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。
