鐵碳微電解法從電解錳陽(yáng)極液中提取硒試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了采用鐵碳微電解法從電解錳陽(yáng)極液中提取硒,考察了攪拌速度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、鐵碳總質(zhì)量濃度和鐵碳質(zhì)量比對(duì)硒提取率和鐵溶出率的影響,分析對(duì)比了反應(yīng)前后鐵屑表面特征。結(jié)果表明:硒提取率隨攪拌速度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、鐵碳總質(zhì)量濃度增大而提高,而受反應(yīng)溫度的影響較小;在鐵碳質(zhì)量比為2∶1時(shí),硒提取效果較好;鐵溶出率隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)和反應(yīng)溫度升高而提高,受攪拌速度和鐵碳質(zhì)量比的影響不明顯;在攪拌速度200r/min、反應(yīng)時(shí)間3h、反應(yīng)溫度30℃、鐵碳總質(zhì)量濃度3.0g/L、鐵碳質(zhì)量比2∶1條件下,硒提取率達(dá)96.52%。
[Abstract]:The effects of stirring rate, reaction time, reaction temperature, total iron-carbon mass concentration and iron-carbon mass ratio on the extraction rate and iron dissolution rate of selenium from electrolytic manganese anode solution were studied. The surface characteristics of iron chips before and after reaction were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the extraction rate of selenium increased with agitation speed, reaction time and total iron and carbon concentration, but was less affected by reaction temperature. When the iron-carbon mass ratio is 2: 1, the effect of selenium extraction is better. The dissolution rate of iron increased with the prolongation of reaction time and the increase of reaction temperature, but was not affected by the stirring speed and the ratio of iron to carbon.
