白光LED用新型YAG:Ce玻璃陶瓷的制備與發(fā)光性能

【摘要】:以NH_4H_2PO_4、SrCO_3、Na_2CO_3、Li_2CO_3、ZnO、H_3BO_3和Sb_2O_3為原料,采用熔融淬冷和后續(xù)球磨制備磷酸鹽玻璃粉體。將玻璃粉與YAG:Ce熒光粉均勻混合,利用二次熔融制得YAG:Ce塊體熒光玻璃陶瓷。利用XRD、SEM、熒光光譜儀等研究玻璃陶瓷的相組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)光性能。結(jié)果表明:熒光粉均勻分布于玻璃基體中并得到很好地保存,沒有發(fā)生化學(xué)分解反應(yīng)。激發(fā)光譜在340 nm和460 nm處有兩個激發(fā)峰。發(fā)射光譜在530nm左右有一寬峰,屬于Ce3+的5d→4f特征躍遷發(fā)射。通過對不同熔融溫度、不同熒光粉濃度和不同厚度的熒光玻璃陶瓷進(jìn)行發(fā)光性能表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)最佳熒光粉摻雜濃度、最佳熔融溫度和最佳樣品厚度分別為8%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),900℃和1.5 mm。該玻璃陶瓷封裝藍(lán)光芯片所得白光LED器件在540 mA驅(qū)動下的發(fā)光效率為93.4 lm/W,色坐標(biāo)為(0.306,0.331),色溫為6867 K,顯色指數(shù)為72。研制的玻璃陶瓷是一種可用于白光LED的新型熒光材料。
[Abstract]:The phosphate glass powder was prepared by melt quenching and subsequent ball-milling with the raw materials of the Sb_2O_3 and the Sb_2O_3. YAG:Ce bulk fluorescent glass ceramics were prepared by secondary melting. The phase composition, microstructure and luminescence properties of glass ceramics were studied by XRDX SEM and fluorescence spectrometer. The results show that the phosphors are uniformly distributed in glass substrates and are well preserved. There is no chemical decomposition reaction. The excitation spectrum has two excitation peaks at 340nm and 460nm. The emission spectrum has a broad peak at 530 nm, which belongs to the 5d of Ce3. 鈫,
