無(wú)硫膨脹石墨的制備及性能表征

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)方法制得的膨脹石墨含硫量高和膨脹容積不穩(wěn)定的問(wèn)題,以0.28mm的鱗片石墨為原料,KMnO_4為氧化劑,HClO_4和H_3PO_4為插層劑,經(jīng)微波爐和馬弗爐兩種膨脹方式對(duì)可膨脹石墨的膨脹容積進(jìn)行測(cè)試,采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法確定了最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果表明:在石墨(g)∶混酸(mL)∶高錳酸鉀(g)=1∶4.5mL(3.6mL高氯酸∶0.9mL磷酸)∶0.3,反應(yīng)溫度30℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間60min,抽濾洗滌至pH值為5~7,80℃干燥,于微波爐中高溫膨脹,膨脹容積最大,可達(dá)350mL/g。
