【摘要】:水泥工業(yè)的最重要問題是確;剞D(zhuǎn)窯連續(xù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)[1]。在水泥企業(yè)中大量使用的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)備分布在窯兩側(cè),數(shù)量可多達(dá)十余臺,且分散分布在數(shù)十米甚至數(shù)百米的范圍內(nèi)。在窯頭的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)組擔(dān)負(fù)著提供高壓空氣,將煤粉吹入回轉(zhuǎn)窯的重要任務(wù)[2]。羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)工作時,由于各種等原因,會造成羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的溫度高于正常值而發(fā)生故障,需要采取降溫手段保證羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)正常工作。因此,需要對羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)溫度進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)測,防止其意外停機(jī)故障發(fā)生,為窯正常生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)造保障條件。工業(yè)無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)相對于分散大區(qū)域傳感器有線布放方式成本更低,更易于安裝和維護(hù)。因此本文設(shè)計了一種基于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的水泥廠羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)溫度監(jiān)測裝置預(yù)測設(shè)備故障。主要工作如下:1.把降低節(jié)點(diǎn)功耗作為最為關(guān)鍵的性能要求,盡可能選用功耗低的器件完成無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)、路由器節(jié)點(diǎn)和協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)的硬件設(shè)計和制作;2.無線傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)分布在各個監(jiān)測點(diǎn),溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集和無線傳輸程序燒入其微控制器中,采集的溫度數(shù)據(jù)通過微控制器串行口發(fā)送至XBee無線模塊,通過無線方式根據(jù)傳輸距離的遠(yuǎn)近傳輸至路由器節(jié)點(diǎn)再轉(zhuǎn)至協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)或直接至協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn),由上位機(jī)對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理;3.對于長期采樣數(shù)據(jù)可能出現(xiàn)的校驗(yàn)錯誤,采用重發(fā)操作,對于可能出現(xiàn)的尖峰,采用一種改進(jìn)的數(shù)字濾波算法進(jìn)行處理,取得高可靠性和低能耗兩者的平衡。4.根據(jù)需要對本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行重配置,包括采樣周期,溫度報警觸發(fā)值,傳輸功率和信道頻率等參數(shù)。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過連續(xù)3天時間的工作,試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)證明其節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理工作可靠。按照其功耗進(jìn)行計算,本系統(tǒng)能夠3個月或更長時間不更換電池,基本滿足對羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)溫度監(jiān)測的需求。
[Abstract]:The most important problem in cement industry is to ensure the continuous operation of rotary kiln. [1]. The Roots fan equipment widely used in cement enterprises is distributed on both sides of the kiln, and the quantity can be as many as ten sets. The Roots wind unit at the kiln head is responsible for providing high pressure air and blowing pulverized coal into the rotary kiln. [2]. When the Roots fan is working, the temperature of the Roots fan will break down due to various reasons, so it is necessary to adopt cooling measures to ensure the normal operation of the Roots fan. It is necessary to monitor the temperature of Roots fan on line to prevent its unexpected shutdown. The industrial wireless sensor network has lower cost compared with the distributed large area sensor wired arrangement mode. It is easier to install and maintain. Therefore, this paper designs a temperature monitoring device of Roots fan for cement plant based on wireless sensor network to predict the failure of the equipment. The main work is as follows:. 1. Reducing node power consumption is the most critical performance requirement. The hardware design and fabrication of sensor node, router node and coordinator node of wireless sensor network are accomplished by using devices with low power consumption as far as possible. 2. Wireless sensor nodes are distributed in each monitoring point, temperature data acquisition and wireless transmission program burn into its microcontroller, and the collected temperature data is sent to XBee wireless module through microcontroller serial port. The data is processed by the host computer through wireless transmission to the router node or directly to the coordinator node according to the distance of transmission. 3. Retransmission operation is used for checking errors that may occur in long-term sampling data, and an improved digital filtering algorithm is used to deal with possible peaks. Achieve high reliability and low energy consumption balance. 4. According to the need to reconfigure the system operating parameters, including sampling cycle, temperature alarm trigger value. Transmission power and channel frequency and other parameters. After 3 days of continuous work, the test data show that the node temperature data acquisition and processing is reliable and calculated according to its power consumption. The system can not replace the battery for 3 months or longer, basically meet the needs of the Roots fan temperature monitoring.
