赤泥摻加量對(duì)保溫裝飾建筑陶瓷性能的影響

【摘要】:利用建筑垃圾、拋光磚廢料和黏土為主要原料,通過(guò)摻加大量赤泥,制備保溫裝飾一體化建筑陶瓷材料。研究了赤泥摻加量對(duì)保溫裝飾一體化建筑陶瓷材料的體積密度、孔隙率、抗壓強(qiáng)度、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和軟化溫度的影響。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對(duì)樣品物相組成和形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)赤泥的摻加量為35%時(shí),制備的樣品發(fā)泡均勻,氣泡大小較一致,體積密度為0.25 kg/m3,孔隙率達(dá)到74.58%,抗壓強(qiáng)度為9.87 MPa,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.059 W/(m·K),軟化溫度為1170℃,耐燃燒性達(dá)到A1級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Use construction waste, polished brick waste and clay as the main raw materials, by adding a large amount of red mud. The volume density, porosity and compressive strength of heat preservation and decoration integrated building ceramics were studied by adding amount of red mud. The phase composition and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the content of red mud was 35%. The prepared samples have uniform foaming, uniform bubble size, volume density of 0.25 kg / m ~ (3), porosity of 74.58 and compressive strength of 9.87 MPa.
