高性能NaA沸石膜的制備及其脫鹽性能

【摘要】:以廉價(jià)大孔α-Al_2O_3管為載體,通過兩步變溫?zé)峤䴘n涂晶法,修飾載體表面缺陷,得到連續(xù)而均勻的晶種層。在微波輔助作用下,短時(shí)間內(nèi)有效誘導(dǎo)制備出超薄Na A分子篩膜。將其用于滲透汽化脫鹽體系中,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),微波加熱法制備的超薄Na A沸石膜水通量明顯高于常規(guī)加熱法制備的較厚Na A沸石膜,水的滲透通量隨著鹽濃度的增大在小范圍內(nèi)有所降低,而操作溫度的升高對(duì)水的滲透具有明顯促進(jìn)作用,當(dāng)原料液濃度為0.6mol/L、操作溫度85℃時(shí),水通量達(dá)到11.03kg/(m2·h)。同時(shí),離子截留率不受操作溫度及原料液濃度的影響,始終保持99.9%。此外,Na A沸石膜在滲透蒸發(fā)脫鹽中表現(xiàn)出較高的穩(wěn)定性,75℃條件下,在0.6mol/L的Na Cl溶液中性能可穩(wěn)定72h以上。該方法在降低制膜成本的同時(shí)有效提高了水的滲透通量及離子截留率,表明Na A沸石膜在膜法脫鹽的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Using 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3 as carrier, continuous and uniform seed layer was obtained by two-step thermo-impregnation method to modify the surface defects of the carrier. The ultrathin Na A molecular sieve membrane was effectively induced in a short time and was used in pervaporation desalination system. The water flux of ultrathin Na A zeolite membrane prepared by microwave heating is obviously higher than that of thicker Na A zeolite membrane prepared by conventional heating method, and the water permeation flux decreases in a small range with the increase of salt concentration.
