大型立式輥磨機(jī)關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件仿真研究

【摘要】:大型立式輥磨機(jī)的研究分析是在水泥生產(chǎn)工藝粉磨設(shè)備研發(fā)設(shè)計中最重要的一項工作之一。目前國、內(nèi)外對小型立式輥磨機(jī)各零部件的設(shè)計研究很多,即磨盤直徑5.3米以下的各型立式輥磨機(jī)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,滿足5000t/d以下水泥生產(chǎn)線的粉磨需求,5000t/d以上立式輥磨機(jī)主要以進(jìn)口為主。隨著國家節(jié)能減排宏觀政策調(diào)整和大型水泥生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)發(fā)展,配套5000~10000t/d生產(chǎn)線的粉磨設(shè)備技術(shù)缺口凸顯。本論文以6000t/d配套立式輥磨機(jī)的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件磨盤盤體和分離器為研究對象,進(jìn)行大型立式輥磨機(jī)終粉磨系統(tǒng)及裝備研究。通過Autodesk Inventor和ANSYS workbench有限元軟件的分析運用,論文對關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件磨盤盤體的研發(fā)過程和設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述和探討;以分離器動轉(zhuǎn)子葉片形狀對分級區(qū)域流場影響分析,提供選形方案。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容如下:1.在Autodesk Inventor中建立了磨盤盤體的參數(shù)化模型,采用ANSYS workbench對磨盤盤體進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和結(jié)構(gòu)靜力學(xué)分析,得到了設(shè)計質(zhì)量小于100T,應(yīng)力分布合理,安全系數(shù)高的設(shè)計方案。2.利用ANSYS workbench軟件的Modal和Harmonic Response模塊,.即模態(tài)分析和諧響應(yīng)分析模塊,通過求解磨盤盤體動態(tài)特性的問題研究,得到了磨盤盤體共振頻率范圍和應(yīng)力分布,還為工藝實際生產(chǎn)位移振動監(jiān)控設(shè)置提供了參考依據(jù)。3.通過對分離器流場特性研究,建立了運動微分方程,求解流場進(jìn)口速度和出口壓力,結(jié)合流場介質(zhì)特性,得出了流場邊界條件。4.在Autodesk Inventor中建立了分離器分級區(qū)域參數(shù)化模型,運用ANSYS workbench的fluent流體模塊對分離器分級區(qū)域流場進(jìn)行模擬,通過對I、L、Z和水滴四種形狀動轉(zhuǎn)子葉片在相同工況下的流場分析,得出了每種葉片的優(yōu)、缺點和各自的適用范圍。本論文的研究成果與內(nèi)容,可為大型立式輥磨機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)研究提供參考與借鑒,同時也可以為大型立式輥磨機(jī)及類似產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)設(shè)計提供一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The research and analysis of large vertical roller mill is one of the most important work in the development and design of grinding equipment for cement production process. At present, there is a lot of research on the design of parts and components of small vertical roller mill in China and abroad. That is, the grinding disc diameter less than 5.3 meters of all types of vertical roller mill has been widely used to meet the grinding requirements of cement production line below 5000 t / d. The vertical roller mill above 5000 t / d is mainly imported. With the adjustment of national macro policy of energy saving and emission reduction and the development of large cement production line technology. The technical gap of grinding equipment in 5000 t / d production line is obvious. In this paper, the disc body and separator, which are the key structural parts of the 600 t / d vertical roller mill, are taken as the research object. The final grinding system and equipment of a large vertical roller mill were studied and analyzed by Autodesk Inventor and ANSYS workbench finite element software. In this paper, the research and development process and design method of the disc body of the key structural parts are described and discussed in detail. The influence of rotor blade shape on the flow field is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The parametric model of the disc body is established in Autodesk Inventor. The structure optimization and structural static analysis of the disc body are carried out by ANSYS workbench. The results show that the design quality is less than 100T and the stress distribution is reasonable. The design scheme of high safety factor. 2. Use Modal and Harmonic Response module of ANSYS workbench software. In the module of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, the resonance frequency range and stress distribution of the disc body are obtained by solving the dynamic characteristics of the disc body. It also provides a reference basis for the monitoring and setting of displacement vibration in practical production. Through the study of the flow field characteristics of the separator, the motion differential equation is established, and the inlet velocity and outlet pressure of the flow field are solved. Combined with the characteristics of flow field medium, the flow field boundary condition. 4. The parameterized model of classifier classification region is established in Autodesk Inventor. Using the fluent fluid module of ANSYS workbench to simulate the flow field in the classifying region of the separator, the flow field of the separator is simulated. The flow field analysis of four kinds of rotor blades with Z and water droplets under the same working conditions shows the advantages and disadvantages of each blade and their respective application scope. The research results and contents of this paper. It can provide reference and reference for the research of the structure of large vertical roller mill, and can also provide some guidance for the R & D and design of large vertical roller mill and similar products.
