【摘要】：采用X-射線衍射和電化學(xué)測(cè)量法研究糖精鈉和硫酸鈰兩種添加劑對(duì)電鍍鎳始極片的晶面取向、晶粒大小以及耐蝕性的影響。結(jié)果表明,在鍍鎳溶液中加入糖精鈉或硫酸鈰對(duì)鍍層晶面取向、晶粒大小均有影響,晶面取向都呈現(xiàn)(200)擇優(yōu),且晶粒都更細(xì)小。鍍層的極化曲線顯示糖精鈉和硫酸鈰都能使其自腐蝕電位更負(fù),而對(duì)其腐蝕速率都有減緩作用,厚鎳始極片作為電鍍陽(yáng)極時(shí)有利于電極的均勻溶解。
[Abstract]:The effects of sodium saccharin and cerium sulfate on the orientation, grain size and corrosion resistance of nickel electroplating initial plate were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and electrochemical measurement. The addition of sodium saccharin or cerium sulfate into nickel plating solution has an effect on the crystal orientation and grain size of the coating. The polarization curves of the coating show that both sodium saccharin and cerium sulfate can make the corrosion potential more negative and the corrosion rate can be slowed down. When the thick nickel electrode is used as the electroplating anode, it is advantageous to the uniform dissolution of the electrode.
