【摘要】:建立了煤基合成氣甲烷化反應(yīng)過(guò)程基于吉布斯自由能最小法的熱力學(xué)計(jì)算模型?疾炝藴囟、壓力對(duì)CO,CO_2單獨(dú)及同時(shí)甲烷化反應(yīng)的影響,探討了原料氣脫碳處理后,CO_2摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)CO轉(zhuǎn)化率、CH_4選擇性、CH_4產(chǎn)率及積炭的影響。結(jié)果表明,低溫高壓有利于甲烷化反應(yīng)。在多數(shù)情況下CO轉(zhuǎn)化率要高于CO_2,尤其是溫度低于600℃時(shí),CO甲烷反應(yīng)比CO_2更容易發(fā)生;隨著溫度進(jìn)一步升高,CO_2轉(zhuǎn)化率明顯上升,而CO轉(zhuǎn)化率迅速下降。另外,當(dāng)原料氣中CO_2摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)低于2.44%時(shí)對(duì)積炭無(wú)影響,對(duì)CH_4的選擇性和產(chǎn)率降幅小于10%,在脫碳工藝中可以不予脫除。
[Abstract]:A thermodynamic model for the methanation reaction of coal-based syngas was established based on Gibbs free energy minimization method. The effects of temperature and pressure on the methanation of COG _ 2 were investigated. The effect of CO _ 2 molar fraction on CO conversion and Ch _ 4 selective Ch _ 4 yield and carbon deposition after decarburization of feedstock gas was investigated.
