【摘要】:低溫熟料(LWC)以12CaO·7Al_2O_3(C_(12)A_7)和2CaO·SiO_2(C_2S)為膠凝性礦物成分,屬于綠色水泥基材料。研究了低溫熟料對硅酸鹽水泥水化的影響,測試了水泥的凝結(jié)時(shí)間、早期化學(xué)收縮、力學(xué)性能和砂漿限制膨脹率,觀察了摻低溫熟料的水泥漿體微觀形貌。結(jié)果表明,低溫熟料促進(jìn)了水泥水化硬化;10%低溫熟料、75%P·Ⅱ硅酸鹽水泥和15%粉煤灰構(gòu)成的三元膠凝材料3 d、28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為31.0、68.2MPa,3 d、28 d抗折強(qiáng)度分別為6.3、9.5 MPa;復(fù)摻硬石膏,低溫熟料提高了鈣礬石生成量,可補(bǔ)償水泥基材料的收縮。低溫熟料可部分替代硅酸鹽熟料生產(chǎn)通用硅酸鹽水泥。
[Abstract]:The low temperature clinker (LWC) takes 12CaO 路7Altititio _ 2C _ 2O _ 3s _ s _ _ _ (_ _ _. The effect of low temperature clinker on hydration of Portland cement was studied. The setting time, early chemical shrinkage, mechanical properties and limited expansion rate of mortar were tested. The microstructure of cement paste with low temperature clinker was observed. The results showed that low temperature clinker promoted hydration hardening of cement.
