【摘要】:在驗(yàn)證了CFD單相流場(chǎng)模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,采用均齡理論計(jì)算了中試轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)塔內(nèi)的軸向混合分布,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果和理論平均停留時(shí)間以及組分輸運(yùn)模型計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:均齡理論能準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)塔內(nèi)的軸向混合信息,且其計(jì)算時(shí)間只需數(shù)十秒,遠(yuǎn)小于傳統(tǒng)組分輸運(yùn)模型所需的兩周時(shí)間,具有低計(jì)算量的特點(diǎn);同時(shí)均齡理論克服了傳統(tǒng)組分輸運(yùn)模型無(wú)法模擬軸向混合空間分布的缺陷,為萃取塔內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了更多信息,是一種高效的模擬方法。后續(xù)均齡理論模擬結(jié)果的分析預(yù)示著轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)塔內(nèi)的流動(dòng)近似呈現(xiàn)出級(jí)內(nèi)全混、級(jí)間平推的特點(diǎn),符合萃取操作的需求;而相對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)間良好的混合作用,靜環(huán)間存在明顯的流動(dòng)死區(qū),造成一定的非理想性,其結(jié)構(gòu)有待于進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Based on the verification of CFD single-phase flow field simulation, the axial mixing distribution in the pilot-scale turntable tower is calculated by using the mean age theory. The calculated results are compared with the theoretical mean residence time and the calculated values of the component transport model. The results show that the average age theory can accurately predict the axial mixing information in the rotating disc tower and the calculation time is only tens of seconds. It is much shorter than the two-week time required by the traditional component transport model and has the characteristics of low calculation. At the same time, the average age theory overcomes the defect that the traditional component transport model can not simulate the axial mixing space distribution, and provides more information for the optimization of the internal structure of the extraction column. The analysis of the results of the subsequent average age theory indicates that the flow in the rotary tray is approximately the characteristics of full mixing in the stage and flat push between the stages, which accords with the requirement of extraction operation. Compared with the good mixing effect between the rotating discs, there is an obvious flow dead zone between the static rings, which leads to some non-ideal, and its structure needs to be further optimized.
