抗裂防水劑對硅酸鹽水泥的收縮變形及水化特征影響的研究

【摘要】:研究了摻入抗裂防水劑的硅酸鹽水泥砂漿早期變形性能以及水化溫升特征。試驗選擇用水灰比為0.35、0.40、0.45,抗裂防水劑摻量為6%、10%、14%。用膨脹收縮儀,測試在不同的養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下試件收縮變形;利用智能多點測溫儀,測試硅酸鹽水泥砂漿的水化升溫特征。結(jié)果表明:除0.35水灰比,抗裂防水劑為14%的硅酸鹽水泥砂漿以外,其余組硅酸鹽水泥砂漿,14 d的膨脹值均達(dá)到最大值,14 d以后均產(chǎn)生收縮。0.4水灰比的膠砂,經(jīng)過60℃、70℃、80℃等成熟度養(yǎng)護(hù)再轉(zhuǎn)常溫養(yǎng)護(hù)后,表現(xiàn)為先膨脹后收縮,且膨脹值隨抗裂防水劑摻量的增加而增大。當(dāng)抗裂防水劑摻量為6%時,硅酸鹽水泥砂漿的早期水化溫升變化相差不大,抗裂防水劑摻量為10%、14%時,硅酸鹽水泥砂漿的早期水化溫升差別較大。
[Abstract]:The early deformation properties of Portland cement mortar mixed with anti cracking water repellent and the characteristics of hydration temperature rise were studied. The ratio of water to ash is 0.35, 0.40 and 0.45, and the content of anti - crack and waterproof agent is 6%, 10% and 14%. The shrinkage and deformation of specimens under different curing conditions were tested by expansion dilation apparatus, and the characteristics of hydration and heating of Portland cement mortar were tested by intelligent multi-point thermometer. The results showed that except for 0.35 water cement ratio and 14% crack resistant Portland cement mortar, the expansion value of Portland cement mortar and 14 d of other groups reached the maximum value, and they all contracted after 14 d. The 0.4 water cement ratio of the resin bonded sand after curing at 60 degrees, 70 degrees, 80 degrees, and then turned to normal temperature, showed that it first expanded and then contracted, and the expansion value increased with the increase of the amount of anti cracking waterproofing agent. When the dosage of anti cracking and waterproofing agent is 6%, the change of temperature rise of Portland cement mortar at early stage is not very different. When the dosage of anti cracking waterproofing agent is 10% and 14%, the temperature rise of Portland cement mortar at early stage is quite different.
