ZSM-5分子篩酸性質(zhì)對(duì)甲醛合成三聚甲醛催化性能的影響(英文)

ZSM-5分子篩是合成三聚甲醛的有效催化劑。本工作通過XRF、XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、Py-FTIR和27Al MAS NMR等手段對(duì)一系列不同SiO2/Al2O3物質(zhì)的量比的ZSM-5分子篩催化劑進(jìn)行了表征,研究了ZSM-5分子篩中BrΦnsted酸中心和Lewis酸中心對(duì)其甲醛合成三聚甲醛催化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,SiO2/Al2O3物質(zhì)的量比為250的ZSM-5分子篩具有合適的BrΦnsted酸中心用于催化甲醛縮聚為三聚甲醛的反應(yīng),同時(shí)其Lewis酸中心量極少,可有效抑制Cannizzaro或Tishchenko等副反應(yīng),提高三聚甲醛的選擇性,因而具有最佳的合成三聚甲醛催化性能。壽命實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,SiO2/Al2O3物質(zhì)的量比為250的ZSM-5分子篩具有良好的催化穩(wěn)定性,單程壽命長(zhǎng)達(dá)114 h,并且可通過550℃焙燒再生恢復(fù)其催...
