　　 在溫和的反應(yīng)條件下,較大空間位阻的氨基鎂甲基化合物L(fēng)MgCH₃（THF）₂[L=N（Ar）(SiMe₃),Ar=4,2,6-Me（CHPh₂）₂C₆H₂],可作為高效催化劑前體應(yīng)用于一系列芳香族和脂肪族羧酸與頻哪醇硼烷的脫氧硼氫化反應(yīng)中.在同樣反應(yīng)條件下觀察到羧酸對(duì)酯的化學(xué)選擇性硼氫化.基于密度函數(shù)理論（DFT）計(jì)算和化學(xué)計(jì)量反應(yīng),提出了兩種可能的羧酸硼氫化反應(yīng)機(jī)理.
