檸檬酸對MoO 3 /CeO 2 -Al 2 O 3 催化劑耐硫甲烷化性能的影響(英文)

將檸檬酸(CA)作為絡(luò)合劑添加至CeO2-Al2O3復(fù)合載體中,并考察了CA對MoO3/CeO2-Al2O3催化劑耐硫甲烷化性能的影響;钚栽u價結(jié)果顯示,催化劑活性隨檸檬酸添加量的增大而增大,當n(CA)/n(Ce)為3時,CO轉(zhuǎn)化率可達60%。催化劑BET、XRD、H2-TPR及XPS等表征結(jié)果表明,在CeO2-Al2O3復(fù)合載體中加入CA,可以增大載體及催化劑的比表面積,使Mo物種分散性提高。同時,CA對Ce物種起絡(luò)合作用,致使催化劑表面Ce元素含量明顯增加,進而減弱了活性組分Mo物種與載體間相互作用力,并最終導(dǎo)致了催化劑活性的提升。
