不同晶體取向鍺單晶的壓痕尺寸效應(yīng)(英文)

為了研究鍺單晶的壓痕尺寸效應(yīng),對(100)、(110)和(111)晶面取向的鍺單晶進行納米壓痕實驗;贛eyer方程、比例試樣阻力(PSR)模型和Nix-Gao模型計算鍺單晶各晶面無壓痕尺寸效應(yīng)時的真實硬度值,并基于Manika冪律關(guān)系計算鍺單晶各晶面的尺寸效應(yīng)因子。結(jié)果表明:鍺單晶在加載過程中發(fā)生彈性變形、塑性變形和脆性斷裂3個階段,且3個晶面均表現(xiàn)出明顯的尺寸效應(yīng)現(xiàn)象。3種模型均能較好地描述鍺單晶的尺寸效應(yīng),其中Nix-Gao模型的計算值最為準確。相比于其他兩個晶面,Ge (110)的尺寸效應(yīng)因子m值最高,且具有最高的硬度值,表明該晶面的塑性性能最差。
