交聯(lián)封裝實現(xiàn)高效的水穩(wěn)定鋰金屬負(fù)極(英文)

鋰金屬被認(rèn)為是開發(fā)下一代高比能電池負(fù)極的終極選擇.然而,由于金屬鋰固有的高化學(xué)反應(yīng)活性而導(dǎo)致的低濕空氣耐受性以及不穩(wěn)定的固體電解質(zhì)界面(SEI),嚴(yán)重阻礙了鋰金屬負(fù)極的商業(yè)化應(yīng)用.本文通過溫度調(diào)控路易斯堿性環(huán)境下PVDF–HFP膜的交聯(lián),成功實現(xiàn)了鋰金屬負(fù)極的高效封裝.得益于交聯(lián)PVDF–HFP內(nèi)在的疏水性以及致密的微結(jié)構(gòu),封裝的鋰負(fù)極表現(xiàn)出顯著改善的水穩(wěn)定性,在潮濕的空氣(25°C, 30%RH)以及純水條件下的耐受性得到了顯著提升.此外,由于強極性PVDF–HFP聚合物對有機電解液的優(yōu)異親和力,封裝后的鋰金屬負(fù)極在對稱電池和全電池中均表現(xiàn)出更優(yōu)的電化學(xué)性能.這項工作展示了一種對濕敏性堿金屬電極新穎而有效的封裝策略,旨在為基于堿金屬的高能量密度電池的大規(guī)模、低成本應(yīng)用鋪平道路.
