無需自由基引發(fā)劑參與實(shí)現(xiàn)可見光誘導(dǎo)Barton脫羧(英文)

報(bào)道了一種可見光誘導(dǎo)Barton脫羧的新方法.在不需要外加自由基引發(fā)劑的條件下,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一系列一級(jí)、二級(jí)、三級(jí)以及氨基酸、多肽類氧化還原性羧酸酯脫羧,而且許多含有羧基的天然產(chǎn)物及藥物分子也可以很好地發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)化,反應(yīng)條件溫和、底物范圍廣,具有良好的收率和官能團(tuán)兼容性.初步機(jī)理實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,三(三甲基硅基)硅烷在該反應(yīng)體系中不僅作為氫源,同時(shí)也作為電子給體和氧化還原性羧酸作用形成電子供體-受體復(fù)合物,反應(yīng)經(jīng)歷自由基歷程.
